Danny Lee is an award winning, and published Underwater photographer from Tasmania, Australia.  His social media accounts often tell the stories and adventures behind each of his images and highlight the deep love and respect he has for the ocean and it's inhabitants.

Danny's unique style of photography can be seen in his split-shot series of the impressive, yet vulnerable Albatross.  Shots from this series were highly commended in the 2019 Panasonic Photographer of the year competition and continue to be a favorite for his clients and collectors. 

His photo 'Awestruck', depicting a freediver kneeling on the sea floor beneath a huge Southern Right Whale received worldwide attention, including a Top 50 finish in the 2018 Panasonic 'Photo of the Year' competition.
